Mrs Anne Crawforth (Chair)

I joined the Governing Body in September 2015 and I am delighted to take up the role of Chair (28.9.16) I am passionate about education and will apply the transferable skills that I have developed throughout my career to my role as governor. I am the Pupil Premium and Data Governor and I am also responsible for Finance and Staffing .



Mr Quin Hough (Vice Chair)

Peter Hough (normally known as Quin) is a retired former Royal Engineer Officer who spent time in both the Regular and the Territorial Armies, serving in the UK, Germany, and Canada. He then spent his last 14 years of working life as the Health and Safety Officer in the former Lincolnshire Probation Service. He is now retired from paid employment, though he occasionally teaches first aid courses.

 He is a life-long Christian, and a Reader in the Church of England, being a member of the Ministry Team of the Middle Rasen group of parishes, the group that includes Faldingworth.

 Quin has a married son living in the USA, a daughter living close by, and he shares his house near Middle Rasen church with 2 eccentric cats. He is a canal enthusiast, and in 2015 and 2016 was 1 of 4 adults who took groups of 8 ten year old children on week long residential canal trips. He also owns 1/4 share in an elderly narrowboat based on the Trent and Mersey Canal. He retains an interest in military history, with an extensive collection of model figures, and owns a 12 inches to the foot scale Army Landrover, which he takes to shows from time to time. He admits to being an amateur railway buff, especially 9mm gauge model railways, and has a particular interest in the railways of western Canada.

Mrs Lindz Bebbington-Colbourne

I joined the governing body as a parent governor in July 2009 whilst my eldest was at the school. She has since left and my youngest now attends the school. I am a member of the curriculum committee, pre school committee and friend of the school committee. I have 3 children, 2 with additional needs and am particularly interested in special needs in schools. I am a serving police officer covering the West Lindsey area of Lincolnshire and have recently been co-opted onto my local Parish Council. I am a keen netball player and captain of a local team and am delighted to support the children and staff at this fantastic school.

Mrs Claire England

I joined the governing body as parent governor on the 11-10-16.

I have been a member of Friends of Faldingworth school for many years and  also helped out in school and on trips.

I have 3 children. The eldest is at De-aston  School and my econd one is about to move up to De-aston in September. The youngest has just started in Little Jesters pre-school.

I am passionate about helping the school and pupils and hope to support them for many more years to come

Ms Abbie Cook

I joined the governing body in September 2014. As a governor and teacher, I am determined to support the school in any way that I can to ensure the best possible outcomes for all our children.

Miss Mandy Lincoln

I joined the governing body as a parent governor in July 2013 and I am a member of the Curriculum Committee. Both my children have attended the school, one from Year 3 to year 6 and one all the way from Reception to Year 6 currently. I am also a member of the Friends of the School committee as well as being a KS1 teaching assistant at the school. I fully enjoy my differing roles within the Faldingworth School community and feel privileged to be part of it.

Mrs Emma Carberry

Parent Governor from 24/1/2018

I joined the governing body in January 2018. I have two children, one with additional needs. My eldest is currently in KS1 and my youngest attends Little Jesters preschool. I am also the current Chairperson of the Little Jesters Committee. I am really interested in the early years education and the special educational needs. I am really looking forward to being able to give back and help support the school in any way I can.


Mrs Alana Nutting

I have recently become a co-opted governor  and will be part of the curriculum committee. I have two children, one in KS1 and one in Little Jesters Pre-school. I am also a member of the pre-school committee. I am really looking forward to getting involved with the governing body and being able to support this fantastic school.

Kerri Grummell

I have been on the Governing Body for several years, firstly as teacher governor and now as the Headteacher. I am lucky to work with a dedicated team of school governors who work hard to raise standards and are passionate about school improvement.
