Fair Acres Federation Values
We are delighted to introduce our new school values, which were selected following consultation with pupils, staff, governors and families. Many excellent values were suggested and choosing between them was no easy task. As we shared the final values with the children, we emphasised that these are qualities they already show every day.
We regularly see kindness, determination, respect, honesty and friendship across our school, and the new values simply help us celebrate and strengthen what already makes Faldingworth such a special place.
Grouped under the themes of Belonging, Character and Growth, these values provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success. They also connect closely to our PSHE curriculum, helping children to understand themselves, contribute positively to their communities and develop the confidence to thrive in the future. We look forward to celebrating these values together throughout the year.
